*“Paid order” means payment has cleared and we have all the information necessary to ship.

3. Tracking & Notifications
- A tracking link is emailed automatically once the label is created.
- Parcel status updates follow each carrier’s scan events.
- If a shipment shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, notify us within three (3) calendar days so we can open an inquiry.
4. Delivery Area & Legal Restrictions
- We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, except where state or territorial law forbids the specific cannabinoid item ordered.
- Packages containing hemp-derived products travel in plain, tamper-evident mailers and conform to federal guidelines (≤ 0.3 % Δ-9 THC, accompanied by COA).
- By completing checkout you certify that you are 21 years of age or older and that the purchase is lawful at the destination. 420 High Bud reserves the right to cancel any order that appears non-compliant.
5. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Parcels
- Always double-check apartment numbers, ZIP codes, and special delivery instructions.
- Carrier-returned parcels marked “Undeliverable” may be reshipped once; additional postage charges apply unless the error was ours.
- After 30 days of no response the order will be treated as abandoned and refunded minus original shipping costs.
6. Damaged in Transit
Inspect packages promptly. If items arrive broken, crushed, or otherwise unusable:
- Photograph the exterior packaging and the damaged contents.
- Email highbud-420@outlook.com with your order number and images within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Standards.
7. Force Majeure & Carrier Delays
Weather events, natural disasters, civil disruptions, or carrier network issues may slow delivery beyond the published estimates. Such delays are outside our direct control; however, we will assist in tracking and, where warranted, filing carrier claims.
